I'm so glad to see everyone back at WES this year! We have a lot of exciting things happening throughout the year with our music program. Here are a few! More information will be sent home leading up to these events. 

2nd Grade program - September 21
Veteran's Day (5th Grade) - November 10
3rd Grade Program - December 8
4th Grade Program - December 14
Art Show (5th Grade) - February 8
1st Grade Program - May 3

Ukulele Club has started working on a few new songs for upcoming performances. If you are a member keep these dates available!

• Thursday, April 27 - Accompanying 1st grade program (Day time & Evening Performance)
• Thursday, May 25 - Performance at WES Awards Program

Also, if there are any conflicts on my part with our regular meeting time,  you (parents) will receive an email cancelling our meeting.

Speaking parts for Bring On the Snow were given out last Friday. Please make sure your child practices at least once a day. I cannot stress enough how important each and every part is! If there are any questions or concerns regarding costumes please contact me. The related arts team would love to help if you're having trouble! Happy practicing!

Alrighty 5th graders! This week is the last week to place your order for your very own ukulele. The order form and payment is due THIS Friday, October 7th, 2016. You can find the order form on the [Ukulele] Tab, along with other valuable information or at the bottom of this post. You will receive your instrument after Fall break.

The 2nd graders welcomed the Fall season with a great show! They were an awesome start to our program season. Great job 2nd Grade!
